1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Products must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the original condition as delivered.
- Returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
- Custom-made or specially ordered doors are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged in transit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Installed, altered, or modified doors.
Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.
Clearance or promotional items (as specified at purchase).
3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Pack the product securely in original packaging, including all components, and mark the RMA number on the package.
Ship the product back using a tracked and insured courier.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost if the claim is valid.
5. Refunds
All returned products undergo inspection upon receipt.
Approved returns are refunded within 30 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
